Ginger
Tahini Dipping Sauce |
INGREDIENTS |

DIRECTIONS |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
|
Combine sesame oil, tahini, mayonnaise,
mirin (wine), soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, and chili sauce
in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. |
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste) or smooth peanut
butter |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons mirin or white wine |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger |
|
|
1 teaspoon chili sauce, if desired. |
|
|
|
|
|
NOTE: Excellent for seafood dishes such
as sesame scallops or shrimp |
