 Ginger Tahini Dipping Sauce
INGREDIENTS   DIRECTIONS
1 tablespoon sesame oil   Combine sesame oil, tahini, mayonnaise, mirin (wine), soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, and chili sauce in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste) or smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mirin or white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger    
1 teaspoon chili sauce, if desired.    
     
NOTE: Excellent for seafood dishes such as sesame scallops or shrimp
